This is a loose leaf, wild puer, from very old trees of multiple varietals. The leaves are picked as more of a community, hence the multiple varietals and subtle appearance differences. This is a very unique tea, and one of my favorite daily teas. Starting off with a soft, yet balanced taste, the true depth of its flavor truly comes out. It has a pure and medium to thick body, with a very strong, yet not overwhelming qi. It is slightly bitter, but in the good sense of puer type bitterness.
